West Sacramento is a city on the move, celebrating a business, industry and lifestyle renaissance. Despite the success, West Sacramento also is home to a large population of families struggling to maintain basic living standards, often lacking the skills and resources to provide guidance to their vulnerable children.

The Rising Tide Foundation will give those with no other options a chance to succeed and a chance to avoid the downward spiral of crime, delinquency, gangs, drugs and violence by providing recreation, education and counseling at a new Boys & Girls Club. It is a huge undertaking being spearheaded by community leaders who care.
